He is 32 years old. He holds a Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering and has nearly a decade of hands-on experience in all aspects of the heavy engineering industry with M/s IOT ANWESHA ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION LTD and Newton Engineering Pvt Ltd. While at service he has got some extensive experience in Heavy Structures, Vessels, ASME Stamp Jobs( E.g. U, S, R Stamp), Heat exchanger, Tank, Column etc. He has a strong dynamic personality with proven leadership qualities and man-management skills. He also holds ASNT Level II certification in RT, PT and UT.
JAY LAD
Director - Technical and Operation Management
He is 26 years old. He holds a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of hands-on experience in all aspects of manufacturing in the heavy engineering industry with GUJRAT STATE FERTILIZERS LTD and Newton Engineering Pvt Ltd. Of particular mention is his extensive experience in Shell and Tube Heat exchanger manufacturing. The small Innovative fabrication techniques makes him great think tank for the manufacturing business. A business needs both, field knowledge and financial intelligence, Jay has a good command on both. He also holds ASNT Level II certification in RT, PT and MT.
